At Asking Alexandria Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible merchandise in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an official Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your items arrive safely for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the items meet our quality standards, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
